A total of 40 nurses at the inpatient installation of Myria Hospital with the characteristics of 32 women and 8 men became respondents in this study. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and T Test. 摘要

本研究旨在确定、分析和证明奖励、惩罚和工作纪律对巨港Myria医院住院护士工作满意度的影响。本研究使用的理论与奖励、惩罚、工作纪律和工作满意度有关。横断面方法被用作一种研究类型,通过使用IBM SPSS 24程序以问卷和数据分析技术的形式使用工具收集数据。本研究以Myria医院住院部的40名护士为调查对象,其中女性32名,男性8名。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析、决定系数、F检验和T检验。根据所进行的测试,得到的结果是部分奖励对工作满意度有积极显著的影响,部分惩罚对工作满意度有积极显著的影响,部分工作纪律对工作满意度有积极显著的影响,同时奖励、惩罚和工作纪律对工作满意度有积极显著的影响。关键词:工作满意度,惩罚,奖励,工作纪律。
