摘要

工作目的:研究二碘铬磨盘加工零件的精度,以及浸渍刀具加工后零件表面材料的粗糙度和结构状态;调查数据是2012年开始的科学工作的一部分。研究方法:分析了浸渍磨具加工零件的精度和质量;对零件工作过程中表层质量参数变化对其工作特性影响的数据进行了归纳。研究结果和新颖性:浸渍方法包括在工具浸渍时附加机械振荡;对上述工作方法的准确性和有效性进行了调查;零件表面粗糙度参数及残余应力分布的研究。结论:目前在俄罗斯工业中存在广泛使用的进口替代方法和技术,工业需要低成本、高效率的工作方法;因此,对金属磨削技术的更新进行研究,并对其有效性和使用刀具时零件的定性特性进行评估。
