摘要

土地利用空间区划本质上是一个硬约束下的多目标优化决策问题,本文通过两个核心步骤构建求解模型:一是设计多目标禁忌搜索算法,然后设计交互式决策支持工具。最后,对该方法进行了耕地整理区划试验。实验结果表明,该审批方法可为区域土地利用规划的制定和实施提供科学、智能的决策支持。

A Multi-objective Optimization Decision Model Assisting the Land-Use Spatial Districting under Hard Constraints
Land-use spatial districting is in essence of a problem with multi-objective optimization decision under hard constraints, this paper constructs a solving model by two core steps: one is to design multi-objective tabu search algorithm, and then design an interactive decision-making support tool.
