摘要

研究了不同热处理方式对铸造718合金力学性能的影响。铸合金718棒经过“标准热处理”_(SHT)、“热等静压热处理”_(HHT)和“热等静压模拟热处理”_(HS)。在未经过长时间高温热处理的情况下,SHT试样中残留少量Laves相,Laves相附近有针状δ析出。由于“SHT”试样中Laves相和δ相的形成,其拉伸性能低于其他样品。另一方面,HHT和HS处理后,Laves相完全溶解在基体中。已知等静压降低了自扩散系数,因为在HIP条件下枝晶间区域的自扩散系数较低,Nb偏析和大量γ”析出发生。由于HHT处理的718合金中含有较多的粗γ”相,因此具有良好的拉伸性能
