摘要

土一枝(Origanum onites L., O. onites)是土耳其的一种人工培育的土一枝。本研究的目的是研究石杉精油、香芹酚和对花香烃对HCT116和HepG2细胞的细胞毒性和细胞抗氧化作用。采用GC/MS、GC/FID等分析方法对黄芪挥发油成分进行了分析。MTT法检测HCT116和HepG2细胞的细胞毒性。采用DCFH-DA法测定了龙葵挥发油、香芹酚和对花香烃的细胞抗氧化活性。GC/MS分析鉴定出香芹酚(% 78.4%)为龙葵挥发油的主要成分。400µg/ml浓度的龙葵精油、香芹酚和对花香烃对HCT116和HepG2细胞均有抑制作用。此外,香芹酚的细胞抗氧化活性也高于石楠精油和对花香烃。我们得出结论,龙葵精油和香芹酚可能是治疗癌症的候选药物产品。
