The paper aims at making contribution to theoretical, empirical and political scopes of perception of EP as an independent factor of economic development of the EU-28. 摘要

本文以欧盟28国为研究对象，研究了环境政策严密性对经济发展的影响。确定环境政策的严格程度对欧盟28国经济发展的影响的问题是，目前对一个单独国家内环境政策的严格程度可以取得什么样的经济成果还没有明确的认识。本文旨在从理论、实证和政治层面对欧盟28国经济发展的独立影响因素的认知做出贡献。研究结果表明，EPS是影响欧盟国家经济发展的重要因素。

Measuring the Influence of Environmental Policy on Economic Development of the Countries: EU-28 Scope
