The amount of educator and educational resources is 71 people. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative and verificative. Whereas the data analysis using path analysis.The descriptive analysis result of variable competency, learning facilities, motivation, and students achievement that on average in good category. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在分析邦郎加鲁区教师胜任力与学习设施对学生学习动机的影响,以及对学生学习成绩的影响。本研究的人口和样本为西爪哇加腊区Bungbulang街道Bungbulang 1 SMPN的教育资源(教师)和教育资源。教育工作者和教育资源71人。本研究的方法是描述性、定性和验证性的。而数据分析则采用路径分析。变量胜任力、学习设施、学习动机、学生成绩的描述性分析结果平均在良好类别。验证性分析结果和假设检验表明:(1)教师胜任力对动机有显著的正向影响;(2)学习设施对动机有显著的正向影响;(3)教师胜任力和学习设施对学生学习动机的正向显著影响(4)教师胜任力对学生学习成就的正向显著影响为0.924%,系数值分别为0.854或85.4%,残差结果量为14.6%。
