摘要

本研究旨在探讨领导与工作纪律对班扬辛县红毛丹区第一群公立小学教师绩效的影响。这种类型的研究是定量的。本研究的样本为55名受访者,采用问卷(questionnaire)形式的数据收集技术。结果表明:1)领导对教师绩效有显著影响;2)工作纪律对教师绩效有显著影响;3)领导和工作纪律对教师绩效有显著影响。
