Based on the results of LPMQ research conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia's Research and Development Agency and Training in 2019 on the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing (BTQ) Ability Index at 11 State Islamic Universities (PTIN) in Indonesia, UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh came in the last second from the bottom. This paper seeks to explain why UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh students have low ability in reading and writing the Qur'an. This article uses case study method. Questionnaires, interviews, Quranic reading and writing tests, and documentation were used to collect data. The findings of the data analysis reveal that both internal and external variables contributed to the poor BTQ ability of UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh students. 摘要

在国家教育体系中,阅读和书写《古兰经》的能力已经成为伊斯兰大学学生必须具备的一项能力。根据印度尼西亚共和国宗教事务部研究与发展机构和培训部于2019年对印度尼西亚11所国立伊斯兰大学(PTIN)的《古兰经》阅读和写作(BTQ)能力指数进行的LPMQ研究结果,亚齐省的拉尼里亚齐在最后一秒倒数第一。本文试图解释亚齐省学生阅读和书写《古兰经》能力低下的原因。本文采用案例研究法。问卷调查、访谈、可兰经阅读和写作测试以及文档收集数据。数据分析的结果表明,内部和外部变量都导致了unin Ar-Raniry Aceh学生的BTQ能力差。内部因素主要是学生学习《古兰经》的动力不足,而外部因素则会加剧这种情况,比如家庭环境阻碍学生养成在日常生活中接触《古兰经》的习惯。
