摘要

中国生猪行业正经历着从家庭养殖向商业化集约化生产的转变。实证分析表明，中型生猪养殖场(100< q‰¤1000)在环境保护和经济效益的追求上优于其他生猪养殖场;然而，45.5%的取样猪场是小于100头的小型猪场。为了实现经济效益和环境保护的双赢，中国政府必须通过承包生产、仔猪专业化、建立养猪业协会等方式促进小猪场结构变革的演变。
