摘要苜蓿具有二倍体基因组小(2×8)、繁殖周期快、自交受精、固氮、易转化等特点,已成为豆科植物生物学和基因组学研究的有益模式植物。本文描述了短尾松的形态特征,并提出了一年生短尾松的系统发育关系与分类学分类。综述了短尾霉遗传定位和基因组的研究进展。
