In vitro stability studies of the niosomes were then performed using blood from albino rats. Drug release from the niosomes showed biphasic sustained release pattern of tenoxicam for a period of 24 h. The results obtained show that niosomes of tenoxicam can be prepared as carriers for transdermal therapy.. 摘要
