The case study of the International Master in Digital Library Learning (DILL) is described with the objectives of discovering the leadership qualities and skills obtained by the students and how these qualities and skills were obtained. The research approach is qualitative and the data were collected through interviews with teachers and a questionnaire filled by students. The results were analyzed using the conceptual framework built by analyzing the literature review and the responses. Library Leadership Qualities and Skills: The International Master Digital Library Learning Case Study
