The Enamel surface were evaluated by stereo microscope for any enamel cracks and damage. 摘要

导读:托架安全脱粘的原理是通过软化或烧蚀使连接牙齿与托架的胶粘剂树脂强度降低。不损坏牙釉质的粘接树脂。目的:比较铒钇铝石榴石激光(Er: YAG)和铒铬石榴石激光(Er Cr;YSGG)对金属托槽的脱粘效果,并在体视显微镜下观察牙釉质表面是否有粘接剂残留。方法:将60个金属托槽粘接在60颗上颌第一前磨牙上,将其分为3组,1组(对照组)采用常规钳子脱粘,2组采用Er: YAG激光脱粘,3组采用Er: Cr: YSGG脱粘。用立体显微镜观察牙釉质表面是否有裂纹和损伤。结果:Er: YAG 7W激光剥离金属支架的时间比Er: Cr短;与ercr: YSGG激光和ercr: YSGG激光(6W和7W)相比,ercr:YAG激光和ercr: YSGG激光对牙釉质的损伤明显减轻。YSGG - 7w激光具有可接受的椅侧脱粘时间,对牙釉质损伤小,在临床上较其他组安全。
