We present the FFT-160 Fourier transform spectrometer based on FPGA Spartan-6 XC6SLX45T. The spectrometer is designed to study of small gas components of the atmosphere. The spectrometer has total bandwidth 160 MHz and resolved into 4096 channels. The design and laboratory tests are described.
