This research is motivated by the many negative behaviors carried out by students in schools such as violating various school rules and regulations, fighting teachers, etc. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with case study type. The data analysis technique is done by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity technique uses the credibility test with the type of triangulation. The results showed that: 1) forms of negative behavior carried out by students were truancy, lying sick so as not to participate in learning in class, violating school rules such as leaving the boarding school environment without the knowledge and permission of the ustadz or cleric in the dormitory, bringing communication tools such as (mobile phones) into the dormitory, fighting with friends, dating in the school environment and fighting with the teacher, there are 2 trigger factors for students to behave negatively, namely internal factors and external factors, 3) based on the results of observations stated that client centered therapy is said to be enough to provide good changes to changes in students' negative behavior. 摘要

本文旨在描述以客户为中心的治疗方法的实施,以帮助基萨兰市一所伊斯兰寄宿学校的学生解决学生的消极行为。这项研究的动机是由于学生在学校里的许多负面行为,如违反学校的各种规章制度,与老师打架等。本研究采用个案研究型定性描述方法。数据分析技术是通过减少数据、呈现数据和得出结论来完成的。同时,数据有效性技术采用三角剖分类型的信度检验。结果表明:1)学生消极行为的表现形式为旷课、卧病不参加课堂学习、违反校规,如在宿舍镇长或教长不知情和允许的情况下离开寄宿学校环境、携带(手机)等通讯工具进入宿舍、与朋友打架、在学校环境中约会、与老师打架等,学生消极行为的触发因素有2种。即内部因素和外部因素,3)根据观察结果表明,以来访者为中心的治疗据说足以为学生的消极行为的改变提供良好的改变。基于此,研究者建议咨询指导教师将以来访者为中心的治疗技术与其他咨询方法相结合,使咨询过程更有可能成功开展。
