The motion equation of a capacitance read-out micro-machined gyroscopic accelerometer under an electrostatic comb-driver is derived by using the moment of inertia and the gyroscopic effect.The mechanical behavior of the main beam element is discussed basing on all motion equations of elements in the system. By using ANSYS,modal analysis on the POGA is done numerically and the vibration modes and corresponding frequencies are obtained. 摘要

本文根据三维宏摆积分式陀螺加速度计(PIGA)设计了摆振荡式陀螺加速度计(POGA),并对其进行了力学分析。利用转动惯量和陀螺效应,推导了电容读出式微机械陀螺加速度计在静电梳状驱动器下的运动方程。根据系统中各单元的运动方程,讨论了主梁单元的受力行为。利用ANSYS软件对其进行了数值模态分析,得到了其振动模态和相应的频率。结果表明,该传感器在特定频率范围内具有良好的线性度,这对传感器的设计具有重要意义。
