摘要

香熊猫(pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.)是熊猫科中唯一一种叶子芬芳的植物。本研究旨在研究香兰叶提取物是否有香味。可配制成稳定的牙膏凝胶制剂,并有引起牙菌斑的原因。实验材料中香兰叶提取物在浓度为2%、3%和5%时具有良好的香气。各配方的感官试验、均匀性、pH值、铺展性试验、黏附性试验、粘度、冻融循环等对制剂的评价结果从第0周到第3周没有明显变化,说明该制剂具有良好的稳定性。得到的数据表明,公式1、公式2和公式3之间存在显著差异。有必要利用香兰叶提取液中分离出的活性物质制备配方。
