预售政策是对变质产品(如水果、蔬菜、海鲜等)常用的销售手段。本文考虑了变质产品预售政策下的EOQ库存模型,其中预售期需求取决于价格和预售期,现货期需求取决于价格和库存水平。给出了最优定价决策和经济订货量。我们将预售模型与所有产品在现货销售期间销售的基准库存模型进行了比较。推导出理论结果,证明了最优解的存在唯一性。通过数值实验验证了理论结果。并进行敏感性分析,以确定预售政策优于现货销售政策的条件。
