摘要

本文根据研究文献和Java语言所获得的知识,分析了高校科研管理信息化建设的现状,高校科研管理信息化的利用率不高,只能局限于传统的Java和文字形式进行简单的数据统计和科学研究。对管理方法及其他不足进行了综合分析。进一步对高校科研管理信息平台的设计与实现进行了探索,提出建立信息资源网络化数据库,开发了高校科研管理信息系统,使效率提高了6.5%。
