摘要

2014年6月至2016年3月,对日本Kiba湖浅水和半封闭湖泊表层水中悬浮物的稳定碳同位素和放射性碳同位素浓度进行了测定。颗粒有机碳(POC)浓度为0.44 ~ 5.01 mg L -1, δ 13 C值为-30.3 ~ -22.8‰,∆14 C值为-156 ~ -33‰。悬浮物样品中有机质一致表现为14c耗竭,平均∆14c值为-81±37‰。碳同位素呈季节变化,夏季较高,与POC含量呈正相关。这些结果表明,在较浅的半封闭环境下,POC特征受两个端元的混合控制,即湖内浮游植物活动产生的有机质和流域有机质。
