Results obtained by various techniques are close to each other and maximum efficiency of 81.1 % is acknowledged at the inhibitor concentration of 600 ppm. Langmuir isotherm model is found most suitable to explain adsorption behavior of inhibitor for C-steel surface. 摘要

采用失重、动电位极化、交流电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、电化学调频(FEM)、能谱(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对肉桂提取物在1M HCl溶液中对碳钢的腐蚀进行了绿色缓蚀剂的评价。该提取物的抑制特性归因于肉桂醛作为提取物的主要成分的存在。测定结果表明,该提取物具有混合型抑制作用。抑制效果随抑制剂浓度的增加而增加。各种技术所得结果接近,在抑制剂浓度为600 ppm时,效率最高可达81.1%。Langmuir等温线模型最适合解释缓蚀剂在c钢表面的吸附行为。发现缓蚀剂在C钢表面的分子吸附是C钢在酸中缓蚀的主要原因。
