摘要

采用CuO纳米棒阵列/AAO组件制备了高性能CuO纳米棒阵列红外探测器。研究了铝接触电极MSM红外探测器及其光电性能。采用直流电沉积法将实验用的CuO纳米棒阵列合成为si基/AAO模板。研究了该红外探测器的电学性能和光电响应性能,结果表明该红外探测器对808 nm红外二极管激光源具有较高的灵敏度。反应速度快,恢复时间快;分别为0.19和0.15 s,与文献中报道的其他红外光电探测器相比,时间更短。
