The increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from the previous test was 10.82 and the increase in classical completeness was 20%. 摘要

本研究旨在利用同伴导师模式,改善高中学生2021/2022学年的学习效果。使用的样本是27名学生。通过数据还原和数据曝光进行数据分析。研究结果表明:(1)从第一周期学习成果测试中,有19名学生达到了掌握学习水平,8名学生(40名)尚未达到掌握学习水平。(2)在第二周期学习成果测试中,有多达20名学生的数据达到了学习的精通程度,转换值为(80),还有5名学生(10)的数据仍然不完整。学生学习成果均值较前一次测试提高10.82,经典完备性提高20%。从数据分析的结果来看,采用同伴导师模式可以提高排球比赛中上传球的学习效果。
