摘要

利用籼稻(‘Kasalath’)与粳稻(‘FL134’)杂交的F2群体,对克隆的水稻过氧化物酶基因进行了RFLP定位。该过氧化物酶基因定位在3号染色体chl-1相对远端的两个RFLP标记(XNpb373和XNpb244-2)之间。结果表明,该过氧化物酶基因位点与同工酶分析确定的位点不同。
