摘要

提出了一种基于三维频率选择结构的双极化吸波器,该吸波器由三维单元胞的二维周期阵列和集总分量组成,对入射电磁波进行匹配和吸收。通过修改原始设计的基本结构块,该吸收器既适用于TE偏振,也适用于tm偏振。通过适当的集总分量值,可以实现100%的TE偏振和tm偏振吸收带宽。该吸波器在两种偏振方向的斜入射角下均表现出稳定的性能。
