Étude de la distribution des déformations observables sur les topographies par rayons X de cristaux presque parfaits
2014 The validity conditions of the derivation of the expression for the variation of the reciprocal lattice vector after a déformation are discussed. The variation of the departure from Bragg’s law as a function of the displacement of the atoms is derived. It is taken as a value of the effective lattice misorientation for the reflecting planes considered. The distribution of equal misorientations enables one to interpret the images of defects on X-ray topographs. LE JOURNAL DE PHYSIQUE TOME 27, JANVIBR-FÉYRIER 1966, PAGE
