摘要

目的:研究匙羹藤叶的免疫调节特性。(萝摩科)。本研究通过中性粒细胞运动和趋化性试验、杀伤白色念珠菌的吞噬试验和硝基蓝特拉唑试验,研究了木藤叶水提物的免疫调节活性。分别以10 μg/ml、25μg/ml、50μg/ml、100μg/ml、1000μg/ml给药。体外免疫调节活性的结果表明,匙羹藤水提物对体外人中性粒细胞的活性在各指标上均表现出显著的优势,并与标准品进行了比较。
