摘要

目的:评价球面多焦透镜产生的散光的价值。方法:使用iTrace分析仪(Toric Alignment Check模块)对植入两种不同多焦结构的球形镜片(Alcon®的PanOptix®和Teleon®的Acunex®VARIOMAX®)的患者(39只眼)进行检查。结果:每例患者接受球形多焦点晶状体植入术后均诊断为由这些晶状体引起的散光。散光范围为0.15 ~ 1.82,散光值和散光轴不同。结论:球形多焦晶状体产生散光与晶状体的结构无关。iTrace分析仪的Toric Alignment Check模块不应用于分析植入球形透镜的眼睛的视觉缺陷,因为可能会误解所获得的结果。
