It is proved that the management of the national economy in modern conditions acquires supranational features and can be effective, provided that the same approaches to the strategic management of facilities that have the same characteristics (belonging to the same cluster) are used. A comparative analysis of the development trends of labor markets of the EU and Ukraine is carried out. Using the K-means method, three cross-country clusters were formed according to indicators of the labor market and education. The applied use of the formed clusters of European countries according to indicators of the labor market and education is that for each cross-country cluster strategic directions of economic development can be justified by regulating the situation on the labor market and in the field of education. On the example of Slovakia, Austria, Greece and Ukraine, models that describe the impact on GGP of labor market and education indicators for countries are constructed. 摘要

本研究的重点是欧洲国家在劳动力市场和教育指标方面的聚集性,以及确保GDP增长的战略方向的合理性。事实证明,在现代条件下,对国民经济的管理具有超国家的特征,如果采用相同的方法对具有相同特征(属于同一集群)的设施进行战略管理,则可以有效。对欧盟和乌克兰劳动力市场的发展趋势进行了比较分析。采用K-means方法,根据劳动力市场和教育指标,形成了三个跨国集群。根据劳动力市场和教育指标形成的欧洲国家集群的应用是,对于每个跨国集群,可以通过调节劳动力市场和教育领域的情况来证明经济发展的战略方向是合理的。以斯洛伐克、奥地利、希腊和乌克兰为例,构建了各国劳动力市场和教育指标对gdp影响的模型。通过研究,确定了各集群的战略方向,以保证经济的增长。
