The Criminal Code of Panama was analyzed from the exegetical method of legal hermeneutics, then the main Panamanian authors on Criminal Law were analyzed. It was also explained why there is no mediated responsibility in wrongful crime, owninitiative crimes and special crimes. For this, revision techniques of Panamanian bibliographic sources and national normative sources were used.
