The analysis confirms that the tool has good reliability, structural and convergent validity and can be used in studies of school well-being/disadvantage. 学校倦怠量表(School Burnout Inventory, SBI)是芬兰学者根据对倦怠现象的研究传统开发出来的量表。本文介绍了学生职业倦怠的概念、国外和俄罗斯联邦的研究简史以及实证研究的主要成果。描述了对3197名俄罗斯小学生样本进行仪器适配的过程。问卷采用三因素结构,包括三个量表:耗尽量表;犬儒主义;不足。分析结果表明,该工具具有良好的信度、结构效度和收敛效度,可用于学校福利/劣势的研究。讨论了问卷可能的应用方向。
