Sixteen and twenty constituents were identified by gas-chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in the essential oils from S. terebinthifolius and S. guianensis , respectively, most of them being monoterpenes in both essential oils. The main volatile constituent of S. terebinthifolius essential oil was identified as D-limonene with 12.09%, while for S. guianensis , β -myrcene was identified as the major constituent, with 79.47%. The antioxidant activity was determined using the DPPH method in thin layer chromatography, and both essential oils were active. 摘要

本研究旨在评价在巴西托坎廷斯州塞拉多发现的两种植物精油的化学成分。采用Clevenger装置,从石竹叶中提取石竹精油,收率分别为0.16% v/w和0.20% v/w。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别鉴定出16种和20种成分,其中大部分为单萜烯类成分。其中,d -柠檬烯为主要挥发性成分,含量为12.09%;桂楠精油主要挥发性成分为β -月桂烯,含量为79.47%。采用薄层色谱DPPH法测定其抗氧化活性,结果表明两种精油均具有抗氧化活性。然而,生菜种子对这两种精油的化感作用并未得到证实。
