Vehicle traffic is re-prioritized into four access categories (ACs) combined with the CM and transmission data types. Then, we propose the bionic competition model based on 802.11e EDCA protocol. This model considers the competition in the same level ACs and the competition among different level ACs, allocates different transmission rate and bandwidth for different ACs, which greatly improve the network throughput and bandwidth utilization.
