In the work there was used a complex method of investigations. \nAnalytical methods allowed offering dependences for the definition of bulk material longitudinal motion speed in spiral sieves. Experimental investigations were carried out in order to confirm analytical dependences. The analytical investigation of bulk material separation into fractions for the purpose of conditional model choice for its description is presented. A mathematical model choice is fulfilled. There is analyzed a model of continuous medium and that of a material particle. A mathematical model is developed to determine a speed of longitudinal motion of bulk material from charging to unloading. 摘要

工作目的是通过基于螺旋筛形式的全新工程设备的工程工艺开发来提高散装物料分离的生产率,其新颖性已获得俄罗斯联邦六项发明专利的证实。在这项工作中使用了一种复杂的调查方法。分析方法允许提供依赖的定义散装物料纵向运动速度在螺旋筛子。为了确认分析依赖性,进行了实验研究。本文对散装物料分馏过程进行了分析研究,目的是为其描述选择条件模型。实现了数学模型的选择。分析了连续介质模型和物质颗粒模型。建立了确定散料从装料到卸料纵向运动速度的数学模型。本文不仅介绍了金属版的电路和实验装置,而且给出了受螺旋筛设计特性影响的大块介质运动参数的实验研究结果,这些结果具有足够高的符合性。
