In this study, quantitative research methods were used and the research design was in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent or independent variable Teacher Motivation (X1), Principal Leadership (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). 摘要
这是为了确定工作动机和校长领导共同对SD Negeri Lengkiti地区教师绩效的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法,研究设计采用影响研究的形式,即确定自变量或自变量教师动机(X1)、校长领导(X2)和因变量或因变量教师绩效(Y)这三个变量的影响。研究结果如下:1) SD Negeri Lengkiti学区教师的工作动机变量处于充分类别,2)SD Negeri Lengkiti学区校长的领导变量处于良好类别,3)教师的工作动机和校长的领导是能够提高教师绩效的因素。
