As the name indicates, it is performed under a static condition. The main information to obtain from this type of test is the rocket thrust force. This paper describes a method to measure the thrust force based on the utilization of a load cell sensor. Unlike the previous analog measurement methods, this paper proposes the use of digital measurement method. The measurement results are to be displayed in a form of graphics and tables in a real-time way, so that the distance traveled by rocket as well as its speed can be estimated. An estimation method based on the optimum thrust force approach has been explored.
