摘要

研究了具有离散和分布延迟的模糊随机细胞神经网络(FSCNNs)的固定时间同步问题。与已有文献中的有限时间同步相比,首次研究了FSCNNs的固定时间同步,并且得到的收敛时间不依赖于系统初值的上界。此外,还设计了两种控制,一种是反馈控制,另一种是自适应控制。此外,本文还首次通过自适应控制实现了fscnn的固定时间同步。最后,给出了两个数值算例,说明了所提结果的实用性和有效性。
