A reconstruction with Achilles allograft was per-formed, followed by 8 weeks of antibiotic treatment. Results: the patients completed a standard rehabilitation program for Achilles tendon ruptures. First patient: 2,5-years follow-up, good functional result, started practicing sports at 1-year follow-up.
