The purpose of this paper is to contribute to knowledge on affiliate management of foreign banks in Africa in front of local culture. The used data come from four affiliated banks located in Cameroon. They result from a process of multiangulation marked by the websites consultation and interviews with employees of these banks. 国外跨国公司子公司全球本土化的研究文献很多,但关于本土副经理在这些子公司管理中的作用的研究却很少。本文的目的是在当地文化的背景下,为外资银行在非洲的分支机构管理提供一些知识。使用的数据来自位于喀麦隆的四家附属银行。这些结果是通过网站咨询和对这些银行员工的采访等多种方式得出的。分析结果表明,本土副经理作为总经理的合作者(外派人员,在背景知识方面有限),具有很大的影响力,使他们能够在公司管理中引入非洲心态。
