摘要

本文通过对“King’s law”的研究和推广,研究一种光纤光栅流量传感器,充分利用光纤传感的优点,改进传统气体流量传感器的缺点。该传感器采用恒流源作为热源,采用光纤光栅温度传感器对辅助管道和气泵进行温度测量,通过金氏定律确定管道的气体流量。实验结果表明,该温度传感器能快速响应气体温度;此外,通过转换成流量测量,结果表明了新型天然气流量传感器的稳定性和有效性。
