(Helios variety) depending on growing conditions. In experiments on a groundless medium, the effect of epibrassinolide sulfuric acid esters on primary plant growth at concentrations of 10–11–10–9 М turned out to be insignificant (with the exception of disodium 2.3–disulfate EB), to a greater extent the activity of the studied compounds was marked in laboratory experiment in soil culture. The greatest effect on growth and development plant was noted in field experiments. 摘要

通过不同生长条件对一年生向日葵Helianthus annuus L. (Helios品种)生长参数和产量的影响,逐步研究了24-表油菜素内酯(EB)及其酯类钠盐(2-、3-、22 -、23-单硫酸钠和2.3-二硫酸二钠EB)与硫酸的生物活性。在无底培养基上的实验中,表油菜素内酯硫酸酯在10-11-10-9 М浓度下对初生植物生长的影响不显著(2.3 -二硫酸二钠EB除外),所研究化合物的活性在更大程度上是在土壤培养的实验室实验中被标记出来的。田间试验表明对植株生长发育影响最大。结果表明,在浸种和喷施两种处理方法中,最有效、最通用的药剂是2.3-二硫酸钠EB。
