The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from company documents. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Preference Ranking of the Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The results of this study indicate the priority of the main criteria that can be used by the hospital is the quality criteria that have a weight value of 0.36. Then the next result is the best supplier at RSUD Padang, namely supplier B, which has the highest net flow value with a net flow value of 0.15.
