Electrochemical properties were determined by cyclic voltammetry. 摘要
合成了4-氟- n -(2-吡啶二基亚甲基)-苯胺希夫碱配体(L)及其配合物,并通过核磁共振、元素分析、紫外/可见光谱对其进行了表征。用循环伏安法测定了其电化学性能。采用圆盘扩散法对该配体和复合物对革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌和革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性进行了测试,发现两者均表现出良好的生物活性。
