Collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. 摘要

目的:本研究的主要目的是探讨旁遮普省职业训练局(PVTC)设立的职业培训学院(VTIs)的技术和职业教育与培训(TVET)教师所采用的教学策略。设计/方法/方法:研究对象为旁遮普省职业训练局(PVTC)职业培训学院(VTIs)的2423名教师。本研究的样本为130名教师,其中男69名,女61名。本研究的工具为自行研制并经过验证的问卷,信度为0.87 (Cronbach Alpha)。数据是亲自和邮寄收集的。收集的数据通过描述性统计和推断性统计进行分析。采用方差分析和独立样本t检验观察教师在年龄、性别、经验、地域、专业资格和培训等方面的差异。研究结果表明:教师在对职业技术教育学生进行教学时,面临着教室拥挤、设备缺乏、培训缺乏和人员不足等问题。启示/原创性/价值:本研究通过提出改善和改革巴基斯坦TVET部门现状的建议,帮助TVET当局和旁遮普职业训练局。
