Each participant’s dominant lower extremity was assessed with a straight leg raise test (SLR) using a goniometer before and after the intervention. Results: There was a significant difference in the SLR range of motion before and after the intervention in all groups. There was no difference in the range of SLR between the groups at the beginning and at the end. However, the increase in the SLR range of motion was significantly higher in the Mulligan TSLR group. Conclusions: It was concluded that all 3 stretching techniques are effective in increasing hamstring flexibility in football players. 摘要

腿筋损伤在体力活动人群和运动员中很常见。腘绳肌缺乏柔韧性是运动员腘绳肌损伤最重要的特征之一。本研究的目的是探讨三种不同的拉伸技术对职业足球运动员腿筋柔韧性的影响。材料与方法:选取55名年龄在18-20岁的男性足球运动员为研究对象。将受试者分为静态拉伸组、神经动员组和Mulligan牵引直腿抬高组(TSLR)。在干预前后使用角计对每位参与者的主下肢进行直腿抬高试验(SLR)评估。结果:各组患者单反活动范围干预前后均有显著差异。试验开始和结束时各组单反范围无显著差异。然而,在Mulligan TSLR组中,单反运动范围的增加明显更高。结论:这三种拉伸技术都能有效地提高足球运动员腿筋的柔韧性。然而,Mulligan TSLR技术可以提供比其他技术更大的运动范围增加。
