摘要

本研究的目的是了解发展中经济体(如加纳)的中小企业经理在留住员工方面面临的挑战,以及如何调解这种情况。这是因为加纳的中小企业被如何留住员工的问题所困扰。采用定量方法,从制造业、金融业、酒店业、IT业、零售业和服务业的15家中小型企业的300名中小企业经理和员工样本中收集数据,发现公司的人力资源实践对员工保留产生了显著的负面影响。因此,得出的结论是,加纳中小企业可用的最佳留住策略是需要采用灵活的工作场所做法和工作家庭支持政策,以及注重良好的奖励管理做法。
