摘要

采用浮筏隔振结构来降低船舶转子-轴承系统的振动,但在运动船体上的系统会受到船舶隐含运动的影响,其振动难以预测。在考虑非线性油膜反作用力、不平衡惯性力、结构恢复力和船舶运动惯性力的基础上,建立了升沉耦合运动下系统的动力学模型。采用数值方法描述了系统的振幅和转速曲线、瀑布图、转子轨道及其庞卡罗图等响应。此外,还研究了耦合运动的转速、幅值和频率对系统动力学特性的影响。结果表明:在耦合运动下,系统转速不稳定区域增大,系统振动受耦合运动参数影响较大,采用位移限流器可以有效地限制转子和筏板的振动幅值。
