摘要

目的:本研究采用三步蚀刻-冲洗胶粘剂系统,评估了NaOCl在7天和14天后对树脂-牙本质结合强度的残余影响。方法:选取40块牛切牙冠牙本质,随机分为以下两组:G1组,0.9%生理盐水浸泡30分钟(对照组);G2, 5.25% NaOCl浸泡30分钟;G3, 5.25% NaOCl浸泡30分钟,保存7天;G4, 5.25% NaOCl浸泡30分钟,保存14天。修复后对牙本质/树脂界面进行微拉伸粘结强度测试,扫描电镜分析破坏模式。数据采用方差分析,随后采用Tukey进行分析。结果:G1组黏结强度高于其余各组。G2、G3、G4间比较,差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:NaOCl对黏结强度的不良影响在接触14天后仍持续存在。
