摘要

在我国城市发展的过程中,交通问题是一个必须面对的重大问题。目前,许多城市都存在严重的交通堵塞,随着私家车的大量使用,城市的空气环境逐渐恶化,这也带来了大量的能源消耗。只有大力发展公共交通,鼓励和引导市民选择公共交通作为出行方式,才能充分发挥道路资源的价值。将城市公共交通服务质量评价看作是一个多属性群体决策问题。本文将EDAS方法扩展到单值嗜中性集(SVNSs)设置来处理MAGDM,并列出了所有设计的计算步骤。最后,通过对城市公共交通服务质量的评价对SVNN-EDAS模型进行了验证,并对SVNN-EDAS模型进行了较好的对比分析。
